I made my plant-based Spanakopita but this time with a spin (or spiral, one might say) 🌀🇬🇷🌱

I love this dish so much and honestly it’s such a great dairy replacement for anyone whose plant-based or doing a dairy-free diet! And I say that having made both versions many times. But don’t take my word for it - try it yourself 🥰

When I tell you that you NEED this in your life I am not kidding. Seriously. Get to the store and grab some cashews and your ‘starter’ and you’re good to go.

It’s creamy, tangy, gut-friendly and spreadable - everything you would want in a ‘cream cheese’ replacement 🤤

How to make SPROUTS at home 🥦

SAVE this reel for later 📌

This is super easy to do! You’ll need:
✅ a clean and sterile glass jar
✅ sprouting seeds
✅ a mesh lid or a new cloth
✅ filtered water

Instructions:

1️⃣ make sure your glass jar has been cleaned thoroughly and is free of any germs
2️⃣ next take a few tablespoons of your chosen sprouting seeds and place it into the jar and cover with enough filtered water
3️⃣ leave the seeds to soak in this water for several hours preferably overnight
4️⃣ over the next several days rinse and drain with fresh water 2-3 times a day until you start seeing your sprouts form
