Indulge in this high-protein vegan chocolate mousse recipe! Full of plant protein, refined-sugar free and delicious this is the perfect go-to dessert for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 300g Silken Tofu

  • 2 tbsp Cacao Powder

  • 1 tbsp Sugar-Free Maple Syrup

  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

  • 1 200g Vegan Dark Chocolate

  • Pinch Celtic Sea Salt

  • Fresh Berries

  • Fresh Mint

Directions

  • Start by melting your chocolate over low heat, ensuring not to get any water in this. Once melted, mix and set aside to reduce in temperature. You want this at room temperature.
  • Add all other ingredients into a high-speed blender and then slowly add in melted chocolate.
  • Blend everything ensuring you don’t over blend. Check this every 10 seconds and wipe down the sides.
  • Pour into glasses and set in the fridge until cooled and firmer.
  • Garnish with fresh berries and mint. Enjoy!
